Direct Placement

If you are looking to permanently grow your staff, we can provide candidates to hire directly, from day one. A referrral fee, based on the salary offered, is required and will be refunded (or another candidate will be provided) if the candidate: fails to perform at the expected level or leavs the position prior to a 90 day trial period

Temporary to Permanent

Similar to Direct Placement except you are hiring a Square One Design Employee for a pre-determined trial period.  At the end of the trial, the employee is moved from Square One Design's payroll to yours, again for a referral fee based on the salary offered.

Full Time Temporary

In this method, the employee is provided as an outsourced Square One Design Employee, on loan to your office for a time period to be determined.  The billing rate is determined by a multiplier attached to the hourly pay rate
